YES!!! I have been holding this in for a while now and have been SO EXCITED to share the news... I am part of the Drunken Stampers Challenge Blog!!!! WHOOP WHOOP!!!! This week over at Speedy Fox and Friends we are challenged to use a Fun Fold. Now those that know me know that there isn't a fold I call fun.... lol! Plain jane up the middle is my kinda thing... but I took the challenge and picked a Tunnel Card. The Tutorial is over at SCS!
I used the MFPaHC sets Autumn Glory and Scenic Selections. I ran my card front through an old Embossing folder tied it off with some Seam Binding in Gold. Memento inks were used for my stamping inside, including the sentiment.

It's time for a challenge with the crazies... this week it's all about the SKETCH!!!! Silke gave us a beautiful sketch to play with. I went Halloweenie with mine as I've been dieing to cut into my MME Lost & Found Halloween Pad.
I used Stella Spooky for my image.
Some strips of Aida cloth to create my flower, colored with Touch Twin Markers, added some green grass with my colored pencils (ala Michele B) and my SU Corner Punch! :) It's good to keep onto old punches! ;)

Speedy Fox and Friends~Friendship
It's time for another Weekly Challenge over at Speedy Fox and Friends. This week we are to make a Friendship Card. This week I used the stamp set Sending Happy Thoughts. I cut very close to the edge of teh postage detail then took my hole punch and punched out where the rickety rackety part is. I used the Hounds tooth embossing folder and some purple satin ribbon. Stamped the sentiment and done!

Here is my fishy fishy card! :)
I stamped the Angel Fish repeatedly and colored using Touch Twin Markers then placed it onto matted CS . wrapped a bit of ribbon around it. Cut a sentiment strip, stamped the sentiment and then added a colored gem then popped the sentiment strip up on pop dots!
I created a book mark for my other project using the Mermaid from this set. I took a picture (this one) at an angle so you can see her shimmer... ALL mermaids have shimmer dont'cha know! ;)I used my Twinkling H2O's on the Mermaid after coloring her fun pinks and greens. I used my MS Punch to create "coral" planted it in that fun Bahama sand my buddy Kate sent me and stamped the sentiment. Well, stamped the sentiment THEN planted the coral but you get the idea! ;) I added some ribbon in the coral, sand and crown colors and done! Simple right??? ;)

Well lookie at this cute little Friend card! :) I stamped the shrubs 5 times and colored them, die cut a picket fence and wrapped some twine around it. The DP is Echo Park and I went through and highlighted "friendship" in blue marker. Some puffy clouds to dimension and a great place to say "Hi!" lol

My first card I used a modified technique I found on SplitCoastStampers. I didn't have any ink refills so I just sprayed my water color paper with my mister, rolled my brayer into 3 colors of Distress ink. I then dried it for a short bit with my heat gun. While still a bit damp I crumpled it up several times (careful wet paper tears easily). I then took Gathered Twigs Distress ink and rubbed it on the high spots. Took my ribbon iron and smoothed the card stock out and dried it the rest of the way. I then stamped the Sunflowers from the set Bring On The Sun in Versamark and used Copper Embossing powder. I then stamped and colored then cut out 2 of the bee's and attached them to the sentiment that was mounted on pop dots!
My second card using DP run through the Cuttlebug using Embossing folders to give dimension, some stretchy burlap ribbon. I colored my sunflower the reds you see (found these when googling sunflowers to get the right colors) and went with it, rich and Autumn-y no?
That's it, easy peasy! ;)

A Fun Back to School Card today for you featuring the new Lesson Learned Stamp Set! I used some Red CS and sprayed it with Charcoal Chalk Board Spray from Tattered Angels. I then wrapped some yummy ribbon around the top of the chalkboard, colored my apple, stamped the Welcome Back sentiment and gave it some bright spots, fussy cut and mounted on pop dots. I stamped the set of books in Memento Ink and used White Embossing Powder to look like a drawing on a chalkboard! :) Cute huh? :)

Tutorial Time~Flower Soft and Marks Finest Papers a Heinrich Company!!!
Hello There! Today I'm going to show
you how to use Flower Soft and the way it can make your stamps stretch! Today I am using Ice and Snow (Winter Image) and making a Summer, Fall and Winter card. Easy Peasy... Ready??? OK, here we go.....
Stamp your image in the ink you use for your coloring medium. I used Memento Rich Cocoa here
Color your image as normal. I used my Touch Twin Markers
Next it's time for the glue. I used
Flower Soft Glue, but it is the same as Aleene's Tacky Glue. They say to store your glue upside down, however I
have lost a couple bottles that way as the glue travels to the tip and
dries. So I just shake, bang and whack
it on the table until it comes to the tip.
Now about the tip...cut a SMALL bit off to make it a small opening as
you will place the glue on in a dot dot dot fashion...if you put the glue on
thick it makes the flower soft thick ...not good.
Pour your Flower Soft onto the project
Smash it down with your fingers (smash smash smash)
Tip and dump the extra off, if it's to sparse then dot dot dot more glue on
where your flower soft has bald spots. Yes it will kind of stick to the glue
tip but just wipe it off.
Add a second color if necessary at
this time too... if you don't have a multi colored flower soft this is how you
get several colors on the image following these first steps.
Mount this onto your card in the way you want and Viola! I have completed three cards using the same
stamp set and all colored the same. See
how the stamp set stretches with just some Flower Soft added? I LOVE this stuff!!!!
Supplies Used: Ice and Snow, Flower Soft; Sweet Pea, Meadow, Autumn,
Spring, White/DP various Authentique sets/ Touch Twin Markers/Clear Viva Pearl
Pen/ Various CS for base and matting.

Speedy Fox and Friends #11~Use Dots
Hello Peeps! It's time for another weekly challenge over at Marks Finest Papers a Heinrich Company!!! This week we are challenged to use DOTS... Yep!!! For me it's nostalgic and so I conjured up a absolutely AWESOME Stamper from my past who I would just DROOL over her work. I swear she is the only one that could put dots all over, embellish with TONS of embellishments and make it GORGEOUS.... ME?, yea umm, it would look like my embellishment drawer threw up all over my card. SO... lol... I stuck to the dot aspect and butterflies that are SO her!!!! LOVE YOU AND MISS YOU!!!!!

Your Next Stamp Challenge #10... BOOKS!!!!
Hello Peeps!!! It's time for another challenge over at Your Next Stamp Challenge Blog!!!! I LOVE a challenge as it gets your stampy blood pumping!!!! :) This week we are hosted by Suzanne. The challenge is BOOKS!!!! It is time for kiddos to return to school, so what is a better challenge right??? I know I personally DANCE A HAPPY DANCE this time of year. The DRAMA KALAMA of a Teen Age Daughter is enough for me, so when she's here ALL DAY EVERY DAY.... **sigh** ok, enough of THAT rant.... lol
I created a book mark for this challenge using Fhiona and her Pony! I gotta tell ya, I LOVE this image and have been chomping at the bit to use it since it arrived!!!! I do have to admit that hot on the heels of the Olympics her clothing was easy to figure out! lol
I didn't have a book mark die so I improvised and used a bottle tag die. It also kinda looks like a door hanger, so SEE!!!! You can turn anything into a book mark!!!! ;) NO 'Scuses Lucy!!!!
I used the UBER AWESOME YNS Dies; Puffy Clouds and Fun Flower Spring Grass to add some fun. Colored her up using my Touch Twin Markers and some gloss pen on her cap bill and boots, gotsta be SHINY!!!! I used some Burlap ribbon and some Red Grosgrain Ribbon along with a button and striped ribbon to finish it off! DONE! CUTE!!!!

I used some Burlap ribbon and some Red Grosgrain Ribbon along with a button and striped ribbon to finish it off! DONE! CUTE!!!!
