Hey Peeps!  It's day FIVE over at Dare to Get Dirty!!!!  I have 2 cards to share with you today that went live... tomorrow is day 6 and I will have 1 card for that, but for today's... here are my cards!!!!

Dare to Get Dirty day 3

Hey peeps!  It's day 3 over at Splitcoaststampers DARE TO GET DIRTY!!!!  I LOVE this week!!!  Today I have 1 sample card to share.  It is using THE beautifulest (is too a word) Butterfly stamp EVER.... Swallowtail by Stampin' Up!  I also did a cool technique using the new In Colors refill inks in Strawberry Slush, Baked Brown Sugar and Pistachio Pudding!

Dare to get Dirty Day 2

Hey Peeps!  Well, did you enjoy Kick Off over at Dare To Get Dirty???  Seriously, 6 challenges to kick it off!  WOOO HOOO!!!!  Some SERIOUS MOJO at work huh?

Well, TODAY.... I actually have THREE cards to share with you that I created for samples....

This card uses the newest Lil Inker die and of course THREE sets from CAS Fridays!  I LOVE this guy!

Now THIS card, well, it's a first for me.  I haven't ever tried this before, but I do like how it looks.  Some SU! goodies created this baby! 

And last is my card for Karen's Challenge.  I used my 6 sided sampler for this card along with the hexagon embossing folder!

SO, I decided to include my CUTE little ants on a Birthday Wish card!  LOL  NO!  I do NOT wish ANTS at your party, but, they are just WAY to cute and it's my feeble attempt to make it a picnic card... **sighs heavily***

After Release Party Hop with YNS

Hey Peeps!  This card is a 2-fer for me!  One, it is using the NEWEST releases from Your Next Stamp, Sophie is her name... and 2nd it is to CELEBRATE the fact that Washington Speed, my daughter's fast pitch team qualified and is going to THE WORLD SERIES for Fast Pitch!  WOOTIE WOOT WOOT WOOT!!!!!

THAT is a picture of my girl during Fall Ball!  Yep, was in a cast from diving for a fly at practice.  Couldn't put a mitt on that baby but she could run! ;)  It was a ROUGH year medically for her her Senior year, but she's kinda like Ma! ;)  TOUGH!  hahahahha

Your Next Stamp July Release Hop

My First Project uses those super cute dies released in June!  I added the sentiment set onto the fish tail dies and a few gems...

 

 My Second project for today uses Lilah!  I paper pieced her dress and didn't attach it at the bottom but gave it a slight curl for movemet!  The sentiment was stamped and embossed in White embossing powder.

5th Anniversary Color Throwdown!

Hey Peeps!  It's a FIFTH ANNIVERSARY over at Color Throwdown.  I used to play in this challenge and haven't for a long time, but how could I resist celebrating with them?  that's a LONG time for a Challenge site!  YAY CTD!!!! 

I made a CAS card using SU! Papillon Potpourri and some SU inks.  The Scalloped border and perfect dots embossing folder!  YAY

C4C194~Marine Life

Hey Crazy Peeps!  It's time for a new challenge this month over at Crazy 4 Challenges. This week, it's all about Marine Life!  Yep, with the Summer Sun in full swing I am seeing tons of people enjoying the beach, me not so much with work and living in Rainy Western Washington.

Today I decided to pull out my Gelli Plate!  It is all the rage and so I jumped on that bandwagon, I am still working out kinks but after taking advantage of the $1 sales at M's I have restocked my paints and have several colors to choose from.  I'm happy to have painty fingers again, I used to do wood crafts in my garage in Eastern Oregon many moons ago....

Anyway, I used bubble wrap for my texture and this CUTE Free stamp from Unity Stamps.  Added a bit of Kraft Twine and some SU! Pearls!

CAS Friday Challenge~ Dots!

WOOHOO!!!  I finally got time to play along with CAS Fridays Challenge.  I ADORE these stamps and this set just kills me!  It's SPUNKY!  I LOVE SPUNKY!!!! :)

This set is called Ka-Boom!  I love the sentiments in this set!  lol  I paired it with the circles from Amazeballs!  I ran my piece of White CS through my BS Pro with the SU Embossing folder called Perfect Dots.  Stamped the Fist Pump part on a seperate piece of paper and placed it on dimensionals.  The word "blow" was colored in with my aqua painter and Melon Mambo ink. 

The main panel was also placed on dimensionals.

C4C193~Word!

Word Up!  Yep, that's what it's all about this week at the Crazy4Challenges... now I'm not saying you have to wear a red cup while creating your card but if gettin' a little Cameo blaring while creating your card helps... GO FOR IT! ;)

This week I used a BRAND NEW, as in just got it in the mail today, stamp from Unity!  LOL  I LOVE that they are getting some smart alecky stamps... LOVE it!

I kept it very CAS.  Paper pieced the "beer" with Cajun Craze, hubby likes his beer a bit darker... I'm a pale Ale kinda gal... but anyway... I added some snow for my foam, yep, Christmas goodies can work for beer foam! ;)  Ran my main piece through my Big Shot with the Perfect dots EF and DONE!
